House in the mountains, central valley, Costa Rica

We live in the hills around the Central Valley of Costa Rica surrounded by some of the finest coffee plantations in the world. The climate is perfect year round since we live at 1300 mt altitude and temps range between 18 - 21C (60F - 80F) all the time. Our location is ideal for exploring the entire country - the Pacific coast which is 90 minutes away and the Caribbean coast which is 3 hours away. Our quiet little village, Santa Barbara de Heredia, is up in the mountains with spectacular views of the entire central valley. You can walk right out our door to the center of Santa Barbara which is only 1km away. Infact, there are great hikes and walks all around our house. Bus transportation is available as well. The airport Juan SantaMaria International Airport and the major shopping districts are all located 15 minutes away from our house.
The exchange includes our maid who lives in our little guest house. She not only cleans your house and does the laundry, but she is also in charge of looking after our 3 rescue dogs and 3 outdoor cats and taking care of both houses while you are traveling around the country.
There are over 750 species of birds in Costa Rica and many of them visit our garden where you can see parrots, mot-mots, hummingbirds etc and the grounds are full of orchids and tropical flowers. (We have a collection of over 100 orchids). The fruit trees include lemon, orange, avocado, mangos and bananas and the grounds are maintained by our gardener.
The master bedroom in the main house includes a king size bed with an orthopedic mattress and a large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The satellite TV room is next to the master bedroom...and there is also an office with a computer and internet service on the same floor.
The 2nd bedroom has its own entrance into the gardens (below the main house) and it has a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress with its own very large bathroom and shower.
This house would comfortably fit 2 couples.
