Small Flat in the center of Nice 10mn' walk to the beaches

The flat of Nice is 55 m2 and is a refuge during our holidays and seldom in our week-ends. It is on the second-floor of a building of the very beginning of the century and is classified within the historical buildings of the city of Nice, in the historical centre of the city, which name is “ Quartier des Musiciens” which means Musicians district . There is a very near nice and supervised garden for children and adults. The building is fitted with lift and there is a porter lodge at the entrance who is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning. Unfortunately, end of July and all August she is on holiday.
The flat has a very small kitchen, a sitting/dining -room with sofa (divan-bed), TV and video, bathroom and toilets, one bedroom and a closet. The flat is no more than 10 minutes ´ walk from the beaches and there is a very long succession of private and free beaches equipped with many entertainments .You will appreciate the proximity of all kinds of shops and supermarkets because of the central position of our place. Nice is a city full of interestings places to visit and things to do for all kinds of tastes and possibilities.  In Nice  you have the choice among:

 Château
Monument aux morts
The port
Cours Saleya
Jardin botanique de la Ville de Nice (botanical garden)
Musee Massena
Marché aux fleurs
Old Nice
Grand Hôtel Impérial
Fort du MontAlban

The city is full of museums of art and paintings, entertaining places for adults and children. The places are too many to be cited and You find plenty of descriptions on the web.

About Our Family

My family is composed of my husband Gianrocco who is a pharmacist, my son Demetrio , a researcher in mechanical engineering in Denmark, Gaia who is attending educational science fifth year and Léopoldine who attends energy engineering third year all of them in different universities in Milano and Pavia and myself as a teacher . We have been Intervac members for 22 years now, swapping once or twice a year and we enjoy it so much that we can't do without anymore.
I personally love languages and changes of backgrounds. I think travelling and being immersed in different cultural settings provide new viewpoints and mental representations of life.
Good memories assist us and stimulate my curiosity and good mood. it's the equivalent of a psychoactive drug.

Lifestyle

I am a teacher of French, my husband is a chemist and I personally love traveling and mix with other people and cultures. I practise a few languages and I love their respective literature. Some friends and colleagues from abroad love coming to Nice and it makes sense.
My motto is “ Wherever you go , the most important thing is the “journey”! The way you live it!
