Studio Apartment in New York City -or- Florida Condo in Tropical Island Paradise

My studio apartment in NYC is across the street from the American Museum of Natural History on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, within one block of Central Park. It's in a doorman building. It is a studio apartment with a fold-down Murphy Bed that sleeps 2 and there is a fold-out sofa that also sleeps 2. The apartment has an eat-in kitchen and full bathroom Laundry facilities are available on the floor. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and Museum Mile.

In Florida, my apartment is in Key Colony on the gorgeous, tropical island of Key Biscayne, Florida. It is a gated community with private access to beautiful beaches within a five minute walk. My balcony faces a courtyard lush with palm trees and colorful, tropical foliage. There is a playground, several swimming pools, jacuzzis and exercise rooms available for use on the Key Colony property. On this small island are Crandon Park (beaches and picnic facilities & home to a wonderful nature preserve) and Bill Baggs State Park where there are two fun, casual restaurants near the Key Biscayne Lighthouse. I have two bicycles, and a car, available for your use. There are wonderful bike paths and easy access to kayaking, wind-surfing, and fishing. Miami is twenty minutes by car and can also be reached by public transportation. Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are also about twenty minutes away and easily accessible as well.
