spacious beautiful five bedroom house and garden in great part of central london.

We have a very spacious 5 bedroom house with garden and beautiful new loft conversion with a great view over tree tops. It's in the centre of Stoke Newington - a charming, historic and very popular part of central London, full of trendy bars boutiques and restaurants. Lovely park and big sports centre both 5 mins walk away. Nature reserve at the back of our house. Organic butchers on our street corner! Our neighbours are friendly and will help you with any problems.
We are close the the centre with excellent bus services into the main tourist areas. For example you reach Kings Cross in 20mins, Trafalgar Square and the British Museum in 30mins, hip Dalston with its night clubs and bars in 10 mins.

Our Neighbourhood

Stoke Newington is a vibrant, friendly community close to the centre of London. It is a historic area with various famous writers and artists having lived here. Our next street  has several buildings 200 - 300 years old or more.
There are fantastic resources close to our house including grocery store and organic butchers at the end of our street. It's a five or ten minute walk to a large indoor sports centre (with swimming pools, gym, sauna and excellent cafe), and a park with big new playground, skate park, tennis courts, large paddling pool, animal enclosure and a restored 18th century manor house with cafe/restaurant.
Behind our house is a leafy nature reserve (Abney Park) and we are two minutes from Stoke Newington Church Street, famous for its restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques.
A reservoir with water sports, cafe and a rock climbing centre is 1km away.
We are zone 2 with good bus and train connections into the heart of London. For example we are 5km from Kings Cross, which takes 20mins by bus and the bus stop is two minutes walk away.
All in all our home is a great base for sight seeing or just hanging out.
Our neighbours are very friendly and can give advice if needed.
For local pictures, please google Stoke Newington.
