Our house is located in the outskirts of the beautiful city of Hamburg, and is ideal for trips to the Baltic sea and many other tourist attractions. Berlin is 300 km away and easily reached by car (or train) within 2,5 hours.
The house has 160 m² with 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. (In the basement is also a 4th bedroom with attached bathroom).
We live in a quite and safe area with a nice garden and a nature reserve nearby (500 m). The house is ideal for kids as well as adults. We have a piano, a wii, a swing, a sandpid, a ketcar and bikes. It´s 75 km to the the baltic sea (50 minutes drive on the autobahn) with beautifull beaches. A very nice outdoor public pool is 3 km away (www.freibad-duvenstedt.de). The area is ideal for outdoor activities like canooing, jogging, bike riding, sailing, golfing. The nearby nature reserves and the city itself offers plenty of possibilites.
We swaped houses with England, Swiss and Spain and our guest always enjoyed their stays very much.
We are also interested in students exchange to help our children learn English or Spanish. Primarily we are looking for a house exchange for summer 2015 and are expecially interested in Great Britain - but are also open for other dates and destinations.
