House in GLEN ALLEN (Richmond, VA), USA
My home is located in a quiet, safe, and friendly gated adult community in the suburbs of Richmond.
The house has a ground-floor master bedroom and bath. There also is a full-sized sofa bed on the first floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs, an office and a full bath. On the ground floor, we have a living room, kitchen, dining room, media room - with 50 inch flat screen TV and includes a Roku and Netflix, laundry, two car garage and a sun room. There are no steps to access the home, only stairs to second floor. Very easy for anyone with mobility concerns. Some mobility equipment is also onsite if needed. Quick access to major highways (2 miles to I-295) permits easy day trips to historical sites, recreational attractions, and cultural venues. NON SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME.
Shopping for food, wine and liquor is located just outside the entrance gate. Several restaurants are in the same shopping center.

Although the gated community has a lot to offer, the real value for visitors is the plethora of opportunities available in the CIty of Richmond, in Virginia, or nearby sites such as D.C. whether one's interest lies in history, fine or performing arts, sports, or recreation.
