Luxury apartment in Kópavogur, Iceland

We are interested in home exchange. We live in a beautiful new apartment on the second floor in Kópavogur which is only 5 minutes from the capital city, Reykjavík. The flat is 220 square meters. We have two bedrooms (one with bed 2 x 2 m and one with 120 cm bed), one bathroom with one bathtub and master suite with bathroom with shower. Living room and a brand new kitchen and washing room. We also have two north and south facing balcony. The south balcony is glazed with furniture. You can look at the Aurora Borealis (northern lights) at night in winter time from both of the balcony.
Near our building is a playground, soccer fields, basketball court, swimming pools, bakery (only 10 minutes walk), and a supermarket, ice-cream store, pharmacy and there is a little beach right by our building.
There is a underground parking.
Iceland is very nice in the summer time please look at websides of Iceland.

We live in Kópavogur (https://www.kopavogur.is )(http://www.icelandguest.com/travel-guide/highlights/capital-area/kopavogur/ ) a nice town next to Reykjavik(capital off Iceland). We live in a new neighbourhood that was build in 2014, we moved in our new apartment in December 2018. There is a everything you need in Kópavogur, such as shops, swimming pool, bakery, a shopping mall, museum, culture house, bank, coffee house and restaurants. A walk to Reykjavík takes about 30 minutes. Driving to Reykjavik takes 5 minutes. We can also take buses.

We have been traveling a lot, a love to visit new beautiful places. We love waking, swimming, going to be beac and exploring beautiful buildings and museum.
