Modern top floor flat in Stockholm, Sweden, with a fantastic view! Flexible dates. Just ask! Parliamo anche italiano! We answer all inquiries! We prefer cities or towns and a central location.

A two-room flat (63.5 sqm) on the 8th floor (top floor) by water with a magnificent view over Stockholm. The nearest underground station Gullmarsplan is a 10 minutes walk away (or you can reach it by bus, they go very often). We are only one underground stop from the perhaps most interesting part of Stockholm, Södermalm, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. The public services are very good. No car is needed. Our house was built in 2008 on a hill by a city forest with nice paths for walking though it is in the middle of a capital! You can walk around the lake, Årstaviken, as well as to Södermalm! We have an extremely fast internet and sport and film channels. The nearest food shop is 300 m away. We also have bicycles. We have two separate beds (new!) put together, 90 cm + 90 cm, very comfortable. There are two tv sets. Wooden floors in all rooms.

About Our Family

We are a family with three children who are already grown-up and have families of their own. We used to swap every year when they were small, we started in 1989. Then we parents bought a house in France and stopped swapping for 7 years but now we have sold it and have started swapping again! So much better!

Lifestyle

Rickard, 72, is interested in sports and Paula, 66, in languages. We are retired. The first time we swapped our flat was in 1989 with our three children. They left home many years ago and we have even five grandchildren. We love good food and like to go out and meet local people. We also like long walks.
