We can exchange a 7th floor Apartment with wide views near Stockholm.

EXCHANGE
Our privately owned apartment in Old Hägernäs near Stockholm is situated close to a nature reserve and recreation area. According to the old Swedish common law practice of "Allemansrätt", everyone has the right to roam on common land, pick berries and mushrooms and swim in the lakes. There are golf clubs, a riding centre, and opportunities to play badminton, squash and tennis close by. You are also able to swim in the sea in the nearby town of Vaxholm. There is a frequent commuter service to Stockholm by train or bus+tube. Stockholm-Arlanda Airport is 35-40 minutes away by car.
The apartment sleeps 3 people. It is not suitable for very young children, but an older child would be quite ok.
It has a kitchen with a breakfast/dining area, a lounge, two good-size bedrooms, one bathroom with WC and one separate WC. It is 87 square metres. The apartment has a balcony with wide views, a piano, WIFI, 1 TV with access to a great number of channels, 2 Music centres and a corridor full of books - not all of them in Swedish! There is a local grocery shop and post-office and two restaurants behind our block of flats. Täby Centrum, Stockholm’s largest shopping centre is 7 minutes away by train or bus. Central Stockholm is about 25 minutes away by train.

Lifestyle

We may travel at any time of the year and can also stay for longer periods of time. Our interests are directed towards cultural pursuits, historical towns and cafes but we also enjoy the countryside, the seaside and water...
We try to get back to John's native country, The Netherlands, every year, but would also be very happy with other suggestions. We are qualified cat-sitters...
