Charming countryside house in Karlskrona, Sweden

Come and live in peace and comfort in our countryside home just north of the lovely town of Karlskrona. Our house is situated 10 min by car/bus from Karlskrona railway station, 30 min by car/bus from Ronneby Airport or a simple 3 hrs direct train journey from Copenhagen International Airport in Denmark.

The Naval town of Karlskrona, built on 33 islands, is on UNESCO´s list of cultural and natural heritage sites and consists of a number of exciting fortresses, gunpowder stores and other historic buildings. It is very much a living world heritage site, where the main Swedish Naval Base still operates in buildings that were planned by the city´s founder, King Karl XI, in 1680.
Our house was originally built in 1954. It has a large garden, along with a wendy house, sandpit and a trampoline.  There is also a double garage at the back. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and a playroom for children in the basement. Close proximity to golf, forest/walking areas and beaches - all within 1 - 3 km!
Generally this is a good spot for exploring the south and east coasts of Sweden. The archipelago around Karlskrona, the island of Öland and the glass and forest districts in Småland are all readily accessible. There is also a direct ferry link to Gdynia/Gdansk in Poland. See Karlskrona from above:

About Our Family

We have three boys, who are 13, 15 and 16 respectively.  As such, we have all the usual stuff kids of that age may want to play with (bikes, Playstation, wii, xbox, films, satellite tv, Netflix, toys etc), which of course would be available for anyone coming to this house.
