Our home is a beautiful renovated farmhouse on 3.5 acres, light and modern and spacious, with peaceful views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to many pleasant walks. We have a tabletennis table under cover, basketball ring, darts board, and the use of bicycles, as well a barbecue and outdoor seating area.
Our surroundings are lovely and quiet, yet we are only 10 minutes by car from the attractive, buzzing medieval city of Kilkenny, with its places of historical interest, restaurants, cafes, shops, theatre, omniplex cinema and bookshops.
We are also close to The Watershed leisure centre, which has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms, basketball court and running track.
Kilkenny is also ideally situated to visit many other beautiful and historic sites in Ireland. It is only 1.5 hours from Dublin, the capital of Ireland, and within 2 hours of Cork.
