House in Næstved, Denmark

The house is located in a residential area and the neighbours are very friendly. The house itself had a total refurbishment last year. Kitchen/dining room, sitting room and office downstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a guest room in the basement. (3 double beds & 1 1½ bed) The garden is working progress, but private and have a greenhouse + a kitchen garden you're more than wellcome to help yourself from. There is no room for football but the school grounds are just 500 meters away and have proper goals.
The house has a playstation 2 (doubles as a DVD player) , a Wii, boardgames, lots of english litterature, films, CDs and lego.
There's supermarkets nearby and we're about 10 minutes on foot from the city center and train station. There's a busstop 25 meters away and public transport is easy if you do not have a car.
