House in Prestatyn, Great Britain

Hi,  We are looking for a two week home exchange in Europe in July or August 2013. We would be particularly interested in Switzerland, Austria, Southern Baveria, Finland or Western Norway although we would consider other areas. This would be for two or three people and we could also swap our 5 door Hyundai Accent hatchback car.
Our house is situated in a small seaside town in an area of outstanding beauty.
We have a sitting room for reading and relaxing, a dining room with a TV and DVD together with a  modern kitchen.  The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher and a washing machine.  There is a bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom with a kingsize bed downstairs.  Upstairs is another bathroom with two double bedrooms and all our beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses.
We have a large garden with a patio and garden furniture, and space for parking on the drive.  Walking to town takes five minutes.  There will be a large new shopping mall in the town opening in March 2013 including Tesco, Costa, New Look, Boots and Marks and Spencer.
You could have an enjoyable holiday using a car or public transport.  There is a train station ten minutes walk away and trains all along the North Wales coast.  There are buses inland and lots of towns to visit.

Our Neighbourhood

North Wales has sea, sand, castles, golf, horse riding, mountains and spectacular coastal and countryside walking. There are attractive towns with some museums, sports centres and indoor attractions for rainy days. There are also historic National Trust properties and Cadw properties (historic places), and gardens to visit.
Within five minutes walk of our home you can be on the hillside with great views of the mountains on the famous Offa's Dyke walking pathway.  An hour's journey takes you to Snowdonia, with the highest mountain in England and Wales to climb - there is a small train to the summit as well.
Prestatyn has plenty of shops, three small supermarkets and nine cafes.  There are two larger supermarkets in Rhyl, 8 kilometres away.
We have a very modern arts centre with a two screen cinema with a cafe, which is ten minutes walk away from our home. There are also four theatres within a 45 minute drive.
On the main beach at Prestatyn there is a hotel called The Beaches and an entertainment/sports complex called the Nova - you can have coffee, snacks and meals at both.  There is also a swimming pool at the Nova.  At the Ffrith Beach between Rhyl and Prestatyn there is a ten pin bowling alley and indoor bowls.
Llandudno is a Victorian seaside town with a beautiful bay and good shopping. Conwy has a river, boat trips, a castle and great fish and chips!  The Vale of Clwyd has the two small country towns of Ruthin and Denbigh which are both very historic.
There is also the attractive town of Llangollen with steam trains, boat trips on the canal and the world famous International Eisteddfod. This is a music and dance festival held every July.
There is a lot of peaceful walking on the hills of the Vale and you can walk on the old town walls in Denbigh.  Rhyl and Prestatyn have a 8 kilometre long large sandy beach when the tide is out, and a promenade to walk or cycle on.  In the summer there is an open top bus along the coast.
The Roman city of Chester is a 45 minute drive and has many old black and white buildings, outdoor music and a riverside with cafes.
90 minutes away are the cities of  Liverpool with the Albert Dock and the Beatles museum, and Manchester with Manchester United Football club and several museums to visit. All of these cities have excellent shopping and lots of restaurants.
