House near Ennis, Co Clare, Ireland

We are a family of five, John, Ann, Tomás (7) and Muirne (6) Crea (4). We are both secondary school teachers.

We live 10km from Ennis, a large town in the west of Ireland which is an ideal location for touring Co. Clare, Co. Galway, Co. Kerry and Co. Limerick.

Shannon airport is 20km away and is the gateway to the west coast and Ireland's wild Atlantic way. Both Galway and Limerick city are linked to Ennis via the M7 motorway, Limerick is a 30 minute drive and Galway a 45 minute drive.

The Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Bunratty castle, the Aran islands, Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Connemara, Galway city are all within easy driving distance of our house.

Shannon airport is a 20 minute drive from our house and Dublin airport is a 2.5 hour drive, both with excellent motorway networks.
