Located in a small village in the valley of Ganzeville 4 km from the sea (Fécamp) this original villa of the early 20th is big and nice. The 1,000 m² garden is completely secure for children and you have many activities nearby.
To 20 km from Etretat, you can enjoy many outdoor activities, water, sports, tourism and culture offered by the Alabaster Coast and Country of Hautres cliffs.
If you want to visit more, you'll be in 40 minutes in Le Havre or Rouen, 1 hour by car of D. Day beaches and 2 hours by train or car from PAris.
We are a family of 5
We have 5 bedrooms:
First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with a mezzanine double bed (140 cm), 1 bathroom, 1 office.
On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm each), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).
The capacity may be more important to go with extra beds (sofa - bed and mattress on the floor ) .
The 1,000 m² garden is fully fenced by walls. A south-facing terrace is located behind the house (accessible directly from the kitchen).
We are open to other exchanges for summer preferably in the sea or big citys over Europe.
