Nice familyhouse in the oldest city in The Netherlands - Nijmegen

We have a family house built in the 1930-ties in the city of Nijmegen. The house is situated in an area called 'Nijmegen Oost'. It's an area with nice pubs and restaurants. At the same time within 5 minutes you can do beautiful walks in the old forrest.

The house is around 200m2 and has 4 floors. The ground floor has the living room, dining area and kitchen. At the first floor you'll find 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The second floor is a large room that we use as the master bedroom and a place where we work. The basement is used as a kids playroom. From the basement you'll walk into the garden with a place to relax, a swing and a large trampoline.

Nijmegen is well known for its beautiful surroundings (rivers / woods / fields) and you can do very interesting walks in the woods, exciting (official) mountainbike trails and nice (race)bike trips. It's pretty hilly!

Nijmegen is the oldest city in The Netherlands and has a lot of nice things to offer and see. There are a variety of musea, pubs, restaurants, theatres, filmhouses, a concerthall, places to swim in nature, etc.

Here you'll find some interesting places you could visit:

The central train station is a 10 minute busride. From there the train will take you to Amsterdam Central station in less than 1,5 hour.
