City house with balcony and garden.
It is a three-story house. In fact it is two smaller houses. .
The lower floor is in use as a playroom for small children. Also couches that are suitable for 3 people to sleep
The house has a kitchen annex living room at the second floor - there is a large balcony and access to the garden.
There are two bedrooms on the third floor.
We offer an exchange for 2 people, but it is possible to extend that to 3 or even 4.
The house is very close to the railway station (5 minutes walking) and the city centre (10-15 minutes walking).
Also nearby: super markets, dentist, doctor, pharmacy 5 minutes to walk.

About Our Family
We are Agnes and Gerrit, both recently enjoying our retirement.
Agnes was a teacher and Gerrit a project manager.
We have two adult children, a son and a daughter; they have their own homes.
We have done 5 exchanges many years ago when the children were younger.
Now we are retired we want to join again :-)
