Our neighbours plan to renovate their house at end summer/ beginning of fall. We are unsure of the starting date (August, September, October). We aim to be transparent so we mention this already on our listing.

Our daughter studies Latin and asked to visit Rome as a present for her 15th birthday! We also hope to visit Iceland, Finland, Norway or Sweden this year. And we remain open for any European destination - maybe your place?

About us

° We are a family who love hiking, good food, sustainable living, coffee bars, reading, playing cello, violin and sax, gardening. We lived abroad (Canada & Sweden), and currently enjoy all the pleasures of Leuven
° We offer you a tidy, clean and welcoming place, a fridge with local goodies and a large box with information.
° Preference for cleanliness and a considerate way in treating belongings. We will take very good care for your house and are in search for swappers with the same mindset :-).
° Due to allergy: no dogs or heavy carpets.
° Rabbits hope to be feeded. If this is problematic, let us know so that we can provide a solution.
° From May until December: weekly fresh ecological vegetable package for 5 persons delivered in our street (we have a prepaid membership and you can use it for free if you want to).
