We are in search for a hiking destination (or a biking destination if we can use your bikes?), close to nature.

July 17, 2021 - August 15, 2021 2 weeks

We would love to go back to the Black Forest! But also interested in other parts of Germany, or Switzerland, or Austria, or France.

We fully prepare our house + garden to make it a safe home for you!

COVID19-related: The city of Leuven is not very busy in summer (university students are not in the city but at home for holiday) - Leuven is very walkable with car-free streets and market places. Leuven also has a quiet and green 'backland' with castles, woods, meadows, etc. There are plenty of signed walking paths and cycling paths. We can offer bikes.

About our house

° an open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (one kingsize bed, three single beds), office space, bathroom, two toilets, a terrace and a city garden which opens to a playground & a table tennis (we have rackets)
° situated within a 15 min walk of the historical center of Leuven (http://www.visitleuven.be/en)

We do not have cable television but we do have wifi, a dvd player with dvd's, and board games and toys!

We have a share in an ecological vegetable farm and in a local dairy farm nearby. You can pick up (prepaid) vegetables, cheese and yoghurt in our street/next street! [between April and November].

° a nice ecological farmers shop is at a 5min walk and a great eco-cooperative is at a 15min walk.
° regular supermarkets at 10min walk, same for baker, butcher, etc

° smoke - shoe - pet free!
