House with pool in the Thai Riviera, Thailand
We offer to visit our non- touristic magical real Thailand! You will be able to see mountains and beaches, mangroves and pineapple and mango plantations, wild elephants, monitor lizards and langurs in nature. You can taste 100 different Thai dishes at our night food market. you can give your body a professional Thai massage by the sea. If you love to cook, then in our farmers market you will find a lot of different fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits.
0ur home is located in a gated community "Tropical Sea View village " with 65 single family homes in Pak Nam Pran on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand. It is private, safe and friendly. Pak Nam Pran is 250 km south from Bangkok and 25km from Hua Hin - the oldest Thai resort used by The Royal Family.
Our province has a lot to explore including plantations of exc fruit trees, amazing national parks, Buddhist monasteries and fishing villages. Hua Hin is nice place for night life and shopping.
Tropical Sea View (TSV) is 1 block away from the wide sandy beach.
TSV has a large community pool with jacuzzi, a clubhouse with table tennis, pool table and a small gym. There's also the garden, BBQ area and community zone. Families from the UK, France, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, Germany, Austria, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand live in the TSV part or full time.
There're a lot of thaifood restaurants, bars and massage shops in Pak Nam Pran along the beach. There are many golf clubs around.
The beach itself is 5 km long and is considered to be the best place
for kitesurfing and kite hydro foiling in Thailand.
Our house has a full-size kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small room. Floor area is 110 m². There's also a private swimming pool measuring 7 x 4 x 1,6 meters, garden furniture, parking place.
Laundry facilities are located in a small outbuilding in the garden. We have 2 bicycles and the car Honda City for exchange too.
Pak Nam Pran has the best climate in Thailand. No rains season, no tsunamis, no flood. The weather is the same all year round.

About Our Family
Dear Intervac friends!
We are a retired couple living in Slovakia . The thai house is our second home where we usually spend 3-4 months per year . But we are very flexible
in summer we prefer to exchange in northern countries, in winter - in warm countries.
Lifestyle
We spend on average 3-4 months per year in Thailand, 3-4 months in Slovakia. 2-3 months a year we try to spend skiing, cruising and traveling. We enjoy the nature, communication and meeting new people, healthy lifestyle. We like self-improvement and try to stay in trend.
Our lifestyle does not allow us to have pets. However, we would be happy to stay with and look after yours.

Anna and Valery were very helpful in the months before we travelled to Thailand, gave us lots of good recommendations. They even gave us a blueprint for a week-long and unforgettable trip further south. The house was fabulous, with a great private pool which the kids enjoyed greatly. Air-con, two bathrooms, everything we needed, and it really exceeded our expectations. We also exchanged cars and we found the car essential in the area.
