Nice house in Medieval City of Kilkenny - 1 hr from beach and 1.5hrs Dublin. Seeking exchange for July/August 2017
A 3 bedroom house located 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Kilkenny centre - pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, Smithwicks brewery, St. Canices's tower, Kilkenny Castle and Park, Medieval Mile, St. Mary's Medieval Church, Golf Courses, festivals all summer - www.kilkennyarts.ie
Lots of activities locally - horse riding, many great golf courses, historic buildings, cycling tours etc.
Our house is a one minute walk from a driving range.
Kilkenny is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ireland outside of Dublin. The house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There are regular trains and buses to Dublin and Waterford.
Duncannon beach is a one hour drive, mostly on the motorway.
There is a great public pool and fitness centre located 5 minutes drive from the house. It has a large pool and a kiddies pool.
We would like to exchange cars also.
