A lovely large house in a beautiful seaside town.

Our has dates back to the 18th century, with newer additions from the 20th century. It has a great vibe - lots of windows and light. Our neighborhood sits in the middle of the historic town of Ipswich, surrounded by trees, great old houses, and very close to the river. More house information can be found here

Ipswich is a village of around 14K people. We live in the historic center and can walk to cafes and stores, restaurants and bars. In the summer we enjoy going to the beach, walking to a brewpub, kayaking on the river, or picnicking on a farm. We live near beautiful forests and woods with lots of good walking and hiking trails, too. We are so fortunate to live near wonderful small farms and we enjoy all the great produce and dairy we get from local farm stands and stores. Depending on the time of the year, there are really cool small festivals and music events, too. Ipswich has great coffee, a fantastic bakery, a couple of breweries and distilleries, too. And a meadery! Our beach is consistently listed as one of the best in Massachusetts. As an Ipswich resident, we enjoy free access to Crane Beach. We also support the ecological efforts of our local Rivershed association and have access to kayaks as well.
