Spacious family home in leafy Camberwell, in Marvellous Melbourne.

Large family home set in a pretty garden, with views of park opposite.
Train and tram, cafes, restaurants and supermarket all in easy walking distance.
Bike path opposite takes you to the city to see all of Melbourne without driving.

Our spacious family home has views of the park opposite and of our pretty garden.
The kitchen is new and a delight to cook in. There is plenty of fridge and freezer space, plus a dishwasher and double oven. And a coffee maker.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine, dryer and opens onto a covered outdoor clothesline.

Two double bedrooms each have their own ensuite and the two children's rooms share a large bathroom.

The formal lounge and dining rooms add to a light and bright family room and extensive study. The dining room table can seat ten.
It is a short walk to the train and tram; the bike path opposite connects you to all of Melbourne. We have ebikes and can acquire bikes for children.
We have wifi internet access from all rooms.
The house is easy to live in. We have been here for over 30 years so it must be good.
