Cosy apartment in central Copenhagen

We have a bright and cosy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment of 105 m2 with wooden floors and lots of light in the heart of the vibrant Nørrebro area, right by the lakes and within walking distance to the city center.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for couples and for smaller families with up to 2 children, preferrably above the age of 7. (Young children are also welcome but please note that the apartment is not in any way baby-proofed!)

No elevator (but we're on the first floor).

ROOM DESCRIPTION:

  • 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide)

  • 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 cm wide).

There's room for one (1) extra rollaway bed in our daughter's room.

  • Living room with sofas, TV and a comfy chair. Please note that there are no curtains or blinds in the living room, so it's not suitable as a sleeping area.

  • Big kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, induction stove top, fan oven and plenty of work space. Seating for up to 6 people.

  • 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small but well planned and has floor heating.

The house has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers in the basement, shared between the neighbors.

The house also has a shared garden, closed off from the public but open to all tenants. A cute playground for small kids is our next door neighbor. The lovely Copenhagen lakes are just 50 metres from our house with a walking/jogging path and lots of benches.

No dogs allowed in the building. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or the house and gardens. No parties.

ABOUT COPENHAGEN:

Copenhagen is a lively, busy and attractive cosmopolitan city with excellent restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and museums, many of them located near our home. For inspiration on where to go for dinner and drinks, check out the city guide in food magazine Bon Appétit from June 2018: https://www.bonappetit.com/city-guides/package/copenhagen

Many of Copenhagen's classic touristic spots such as Strøget, the little Mermaid, the Botanic Gardens, Statens Museum for Kunst, The King's Garden, Nyhavn and Tivoli are close and easily reachable both by foot and by bike. The world famous art museum Louisiana is a 30 minute train ride away, and the lovely beaches in Amager is a mere 15 minute train ride away. Malmö in Sweden is 35 minutes away by train.
