Nice house in quiet surroundings, close to forest and beach
We live, in a quiet area, in a suburb just 16 km south of Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark. The house is 224 m2, it has two storeys with garden, terrace and balcony. Big cosy living room with a woodburning stove and door to the balcony, kitchen/family room with door to the terrace (with 1 barbeque) and garden, 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms with dobbeltbeds, 2 bathrooms + a room where you can play tabletennis or watch TV isolated from the rest of the house. We have 4 bikes, 1 mountainbike, 2 kayaks and a garden with many berries..
We have 6 km to the nearest beach and forrest, which is great for running, hiking og mountain biking.
All conveniences in the village (3 supermarkets, post office, doctor, dentist, pharmacy, cinema, etc...)
Good connections to Århus (3 or 4 buses/hour)
Malling is a central location whether you want to visit Lego land, Skagen ( the most northern part of Denmark) or the Danish capital Copenhagen. As Denmark is a small country you can reach everything within a few hours.
