Beautiful 2-bedroom apt in Gothenburg city

Beautiful 2-bedroom apt. in Gothenburg city. Newly renovated in 2014 with tall ceilings and lovely balcony. Quiet neighborhood with green surroundings. The apt has two floors, on the top floor you have the living room and balcony.
We are a couple in our mid forties who love to travel and we work in the field of teaching and writing. In the past we have done 2 exchanges, which were great experiences.
Our apt is located 10 minute walk to the district of Linné; a laid back neigbourhood with hip cafés, restaurants and bars. Beautiful large park, Slottsskogen close by (2 minute walk) where you can exercise, do sports, spend the day and picnic. It also has a large playground for kids. Close to buses and trams. 15 minutes by bus to town center/central station or 25-30 minute walk.
Easy access to trams from our house to archipelago boats (inexpensive) where you can choose beaches or cliffs. In just about 30 minutes you can get to different islands by boat/ferry.
Gothenburg is famous for its beautiful coastline and fishing villages. If you are a seafood fan you have come to the right place. Excellent restaurants and fish markets nearby. We also have one of Europes biggest amusement parks (Liseberg).

Bus (frequent hours) right outside apt. and trams 3 minute away. 15 minute by bus to center of town or 25-30 minute walk. Several boats are available to visit the archipelago. Also, it's very inexpensive. 20 minutes by tram to the boat station.
