Spacious and very bright apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor so it is very accessible. The residential has common garden areas, two swimming pools and paddle tennis courts. Quiet zone. Located on the beach of Camarón. Natural environment of dunes. The apartment is one hundred meters from the beach. We are located in the Cadiz town of Chipiona, very close to other emblematic towns of fine wine and manzanilla, flamenco and gastronomy as Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Rota. 2 km from the exclusive Costa Ballena neighborhood and its famous golf course.

Rafael y Debbie son encantadores. Conocimos a Rafael en persona, fue una ocasión especial ya que es la primera vez que hemos conocido a un socio de intervac en persona. El piso es muy amplio y cómodo. La localización es perfecta para pasar unos días explorando la ciudad y con muchos servicios alrededor.
Maria Eugenia e tutta la sua famiglia sono meravigliosi, accoglienti e disponibili. La casa é comoda, ben organizzata, vicinissima al mare. Maria Eugenia ha cura di ogni particolare possa far sentire a casa gli ospiti, dalla pulizia degli ambienti alle decorazioni. Se potessi, scambierei ancora con questa famiglia.
