A spacious home in quiet rural Niagara. Close to vineyards, wineries, orchards, the Great Lakes, beaches, hiking trails, and Niagara Falls.

Situated in a quaint neighbourhood with friendly neighbours, the house is a large, well-maintained brick home on a one-acre property. From quiet spots to read, to large rooms for families to enjoy time together, to a yard for the kids to play outdoors, you'll love spending time here. Enjoy pleasant strolls through nearby orchards or walk/bike the streets to check out the shops in the town of Vineland. We are a 10 minute drive from the famous and beautiful Bruce Trail (for hiking), from sandy beaches on Lake Ontario, and only 30 minutes from the stunning Niagara Falls. Toronto is one a hour drive. There is plenty to see and do in beautiful Niagara!

Our Neighbourhood

Nearest Airport: Pearson International (Toronto) - 95 Kilometres

Our neighbourhood is small, perhaps 30 free-standing homes on large (half acre) country lots. The official name of our community is "Vineland Station" and it sits adjacent to the town of Vineland (about a 15 minute walk or 7 minute bike ride). There is a mix of families with kids, middle-aged couples and seniors living here. People are friendly. Within a five-minute walk you will be beyond the homes walking the roads between fields of plants (for greenhouses) or orchards - very picturesque! The area is fairly flat making it easy to walk. But a hike in the hills is only a 10 minute car ride away.

The famous Bruce Trail along the gorgeous Niagara escarpment is accessed nearby, a ten-minute drive. Here is also Balls Falls, a beautiful spot to walk or to enjoy a picnic lunch. Drive 10 minutes north to enjoy a day at a Lake Ontario beach in St. Catharines or drive 30 minutes south to enjoy the sandy beaches of pristine Lake Erie. The fishing is great in either lake too.

Take a winery tour at any of Niagara's famous wineries or enjoy the shops and boutiques of the quaint Jordan Village just a few minutes away.
