Our Neighbourhood

Walthamstow is part of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It is a favourite place to live for those who work in Central London because of its relatively easy access into town. Transport links into Central London are excellent with the fast Victoria Line on your doorstep and the London Overground line taking you into the City in no time.

Situated on the edge of Epping Forest but very much urban London, there’s a rapidly expanding community of creative, like-minded people, making E17 a place with bags of culture, good food and a decent pint.

Amazing Green Spaces
Walthamstow is located in the heart of Waltham Forest, which has more green spaces than any other borough north of the River Thames. To the south of the town, you will find the Walthamstow Marshes also known as Walthamstow Wetlands. This internationally renowned wildlife reserve can be enjoyed throughout the year whether you like bird watching, fishing, walking or cycling. Along with the wetlands, living in Walthamstow gives you easy access to the amazing Epping Forest that stretches well into Essex.
