Large, private house in the countryside 40 minutes from Dublin

Our home is 280 sq meters, on a large, private site. It was built in 2009. It has 4 bedrooms, a playhouse, football and basketball nets, bicycles for kids and adults and a lot of books and board games. We live in Monasterboice, famous for its monastic site and the finest Celtic crosses in Ireland. We are within 15 minutes of the Boyne Valley, Newgrange, Battle of the Boyne and historic Drogheda. Dublin airport is 35 minutes away, with Dublin port and city centre just 40 minutes drive.
