Bonita y fresca casa adosada tradicional rehabilitada y actualizada junto al mar cantabrico
Nuestra vivienda es parte de una casona cantabra típica, rehabilitada y actualizada. Calefacción por suelo radiante y apoyo solar. Tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y salón con chimenea, en 2 plantas, 140m2. Tiene un pequeño jardín individual muy práctico y soleado. En verano se puede montar una piscina desmontable de 3m. Al ser una vivienda tradicional, es muy fresca en verano.
Tenemos hamacas y 5 bicis, 4 de adulto y una para 10 años aprox.
Oreña es un precioso y tranquilo pueblo en la costa más bonita de Cantabria, colindante con Santillana del Mar y Suances.
a 40km de Santander, 19km de Torrelavega, Comillas y Oyambre.
Es ideal para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso y como base para excursiones por toda Cantabria y Pîcos de Europa.
Ideal para hacer surf o deportes de agua, senderismo, bicicleta de montaña....
Esta es nuestra vivienda habitual para una familia de padre, madre e hijos de 20 y 15 años.
Tenemos dos gatos que no dan nada que hacer y son muy cariñosos. Sin embargo, los gatos no están acostumbrados a perros por eso no se aceptan otros perros.
Our house is part of a typical cantabrian oldhouse, rebuild and up to date. Underfloor centralheating with solar help.
There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom with fireplace, in two floors, 140m2.
We have a small practical and sunny garden. In summer we can place a 3m round pool.
As its a tradicional house its cool inside and there is no need of conditioned air in summer.
We have hamacs, 5 bikes, 4 adult size and one for about 10 years.
Oreña is a cute peaceful village in the nicest coast of Cantabria, nearby Santillana del Mar and Suances.
It lays 40km from Santander, 19km to Torrelavega, Comillas and Oyambre.
Its perfect for some rest days, but also as base camp for trips in Cantabria and Picos de Europa.
From here you can easily surf, watersports, hike, and mountain bike....
This is our permanent residence for a family with both parents, 20 and 15 son and daughter.
We have 2 cats which are easygoing and easy to look after. They react bad with dogs. Thereby we dont allow others dogs in the house.

We want to travel around in Germany/ Austria. Some place where we can move and sightsee the place with bikes We could start at the end of July, so that both dont meet all the first august travels. |

Casa bien reflejada en el anuncio y familia encantadora. Todo muy fácil.
La casa se ajustaba a la descripción, supercomoda y bien equipada.. La piscina a la puerta es un lujo. Rodeado de playas, hay para todos los gustos. La ciudad está a media hora y la provincia ha sido un descubrimiento. Y en verano no hace tanto calor como en el interior. El calor con la brisa del mar se lleva estupendamente. Muy recomendable
The house responded to the advertisement perfectly. The family was very friendly and endearing in communication. We also found the site conducive both for rest vacations and to getting to know the area.
We had a lovely exchange with Eva and her lovely family. Their home is situated in a quiet village near the sea and was exactly as described. We had good communication with Eva and they took very good care of our cats. We enjoyed taking care of their dog as well. We were welcomed with food and gifts and felt very much at home. We hope to stay friends!
