Victorian home in the fabulous city of Bristol.

Our house is a 3-storey, Victorian terraced house, traditional for the area. We have a large kitchen/diner and two reception rooms, one with a woodburner and the other with a large TV, DVD and Xbox. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and one with double sofa bed. There is also a home office, a family bathroom and downstairs loo and utility room. The garden gets the morning sunshine and has comfortable table and chairs for dining al fresco. We have one happy cat who just needs food and water.

The area is quiet and green, with easy walks to 3 lovely parks. There are buses to the centre of Bristol or it's an easy 30 minute walk along the river. There's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby or in the centre. Access to the open countryside is easy with a car or bike (5 bikes to borrow).

Our Neighbourhood

Nearest Airport: Bristol - 8.1 miles

Knowle is a suburban area of south Bristol with easy access to the city and main train station to London, Bath and beyond. There are multiple green spaces within walking distance - tree lined parks with tennis courts, bmx track, views of the city, community cafes etc. There are a number of nature reserves nearby and varied sections of the river Avon are within reach. The local area has a swimming pool, library and shopping centre. There are independent green grocers, delicatessen, Polish shop, bakery and chemist. The local restaurants, cafes and take aways are good including an award winning pizzeria, vegan restaurant and quirky Moroccan restaurant. The centre of Bristol and the vibrant harbour area are within 30 mins walk (or bike or bus in less) with an extensive choice of places to eat, sights to see, museums and tourist attractions. The buzz of Bristol is tangible and infectious! The train to London takes 1hr 40 minutes and 15 minutes to the beautiful city of Bath.
