Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with a private back patio set up for dining and barbecue and a large front grassy yard. There are views of rolling hills and mountains in the entire area. Up our street it is a 5 minute walk to the private community pool and spa. There are parks and trails minutes away. All types of shopping and restaurants of eery level and top and movies are literally 5-15 minutes away.

Downstairs has a living room and dining area 9 we love the high ceilings), full kitchen ( I am a cook) and cozy family room, 1 bedroom ( option for more sleeping or office) and the guest 1/2 bath. Upstairs has spacious master suite with high ceilings and view with a king bed and bath with shower, the 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a hall bath with tub/shower are off the landing. The private enclosed patio with table for 6 and barbecue and garden can be entered off the living area or den. You go to the garage and laundry across the patio.

We are midpoint from Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Barbara with Ventura, Pasadena, West Hollywood, Venice/Sant Monica, Long Beach, Newport Beach or Laguna Beach easy to get to their own atmosphere for spending the day. Also, San Diego, the Hearst Castle, Paso Robles, and Catalina Island all deserve overnights or even longer.
