Nice house in southern France, near mountains and sea.
Hi there ! We are Cathy, 43, teacher, and Axel, 46, manager in a music and dance school. We have 2 kids, Quentin 19, student in biology, who travels with us sometimes, and Lia, 8, found of reading.
Our home is a new house, we live in there since jully 2023.
There are 3 bedrooms.
Our bedroom : big double bed (160cm) - Black and purple bedroom, gothic style
My son's bedroom : double bed (140cm) - old castle style
My daughter's bedroom : 2 single beds - girlie style, her passions are reading, Harry potter and Sylvanian Families
As it's often quite hot in the summer, we have air conditioning.
Our house is not suitable if you can't drive.
From our house, you'll be at less than an our to the sea, the ski slopes, historic monuments (castles), caves, easy walks and lovely hikings.
This part of France is also known for wine and food, so you can enjoy it after an exhausting day of hiking ;-)
I show on the pictures few examples of what you can do during your holidays but I will prepare a document with plenty to see and do.

Calm little village, near Prades (12 min) and Perpignan (35 min).
1h from home, you can ski in winter or swin in summer, or even go to spain.
Beautiful places to visit, historic monuments, geological particularities about 30 min from home.
We were born here and we will be very happy to show you our beloved region.

About Our Family

We sometimes travel with one of our parents, Anita, Axel's mother who really want to visit London, Robert my father who came for a wonderfull west american road trip with us, and Corinne my mum who came with me in London and would like to see Scotland.
