In the heart of historical and cultural Paris

We live in a comfortable appartment with two balconies and tables for two to have meals outside, in Montparnasse area in Paris and around the corner there is one of the nicest street for food, rue Daguerre, where everyday 7/7 you can buy delicious food from all over the country.

Lounge and dining room. Open fully equiped kitchen.
Two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, the other one with a queensize bed). Two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other one with a bath. The apartment is 100 sq.meters, but my husband's bureau and my dressing will be closed (no pictures below), so you will have 80 sq. meters. High-speed Internet, free wi-fi for your own devices, cable TV (CNN, NBC, BBC, MTV, TVE, Rai...), and if you read french, a lot of books - french littérature and cooking books -.

You will live in the heart of the cultural and historical Paris, with a lot of good restaurants and shops within a walking distance... There is also a nice open air market, twice a week Tuesday and Friday .... Our metro station : Denfert-Rochereau.

We also have a nice appartment (70 m2) in Marseille / Provence (Intervac number FR53814), by the sea, with an incredible view on the old harbour, "Le Vieux port". So, we can arrange a non simultaneous exchange or a double home exchange if you can offer us two different stays (city/seaside or city/countryside). We can also exchange our automatic convertible car in Marseille, so you could visit Provence (we have a parking lot next to the building).
Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us.
We are extremely caring people who will surely respect and take care of any property as if it was ours.
