our home is a two story house with a fully developed basement level. there are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a front livingroom, a tv room with gas fireplace, and kitchen with eating nook. there is a full back patio and large backyard with a tramoline for children. the basement level has one of the bedrooms, one of the bathrooms, an additional tv room and a pool table/and dart board. the house has central heating as well as air conditioning and the kitchen has every appliance you could need. there is an attached double garage and car exchange is negotiable. there is also a permanent basketball net on the driveway.

Our Neighbourhood
our neighborhood is called lake sundance, named for its own private lake, which has a beach, tennis courts, playground and bbq pits and picnic tables in the summer. in the winter it has a private ice rink, the lake is also frozen and available for ice hockey or skating. there are really good sledding hills there as well.
there is a public lake within walking distance of our home as well, called fish creek park, that backs onto the nearby river and bike path system. we are a short drive 8 blocks away to shopping, recreation/pool(ymca) and the public library and cinemas as well as the subway sytem known as the c-train.
our neighborhood is quiet, family oriented and our block in particular has lovely neighbors. the location is very good as well as it isn't far to the main highway through the city, deerfoot trail.
