Individual house in Sierre/Siders, Wallis, Switzerland

We would very much like to do a few exchanges this and next year. Open for many locations, please write us and we will surely come back to you! We are also open for shorter exchanges, long weekends this year.

We are open for simultaneos house exchange.

We are a family of 6 - two adults and four children in the age of 32, 30, 25 and 21. We are living in Sierre (Switzerland, middle or the Wallis), a small city with approx. 18.000 people. The city has all facilities you may need, a very nice, city centre with many shops, restaurants and bars. Sierre is next to Sion, our capital in Wallis, with a nice historical center, a beautiful, hilly area with forests and mountains. Excellent hiking and skiing!

Our house was build in 2000 and is in a quiet part of Sierre. Our street is also quiet and child friendly.

The Sierre trainstation is a 10 minute walk from our house. From there, you can catch a direct train to Sion (10 minutes), Zermatt (60 minutes), Lausanne (55 minutes) and Bern (1h20).

We are living in a house that is standing on its own with a garden around it. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun or for children to play on the grass, play hide-and-seek in the garden. 10 minutes walking away there is a small lake for everyone to cool down on hot days. A part of it is with swimmingpool.

We have 4 bedrooms on the first floor. There are two bathrooms (ground floor and 1st floor).

For families with children: We have many toys, board games, outdoor toys, children's DVD's etc. We are sure your children will feel at home in our house (and so will the parents).

Stiamo guardando per fare un cambio nella vostra zona. Non so se saresti interessato.....ma chiedo lo stesso 😉

Sarebbe un cambio colla nostra casa principale. E situata in Valese in mezzo delle montagne. I nostri figli normalmente non viaggiano con noi.

Possiamo offrirvi una casa con un bellissimo giardino e orto in una piccola città che si chiama Sierre. Vicino (5min a piedi) c'è un laghetto con una bellissima piscina. Si vede sulle foto. La casa di trova a 5min del centro di Sierre ma stiamo su una piccola collina circondato di vigna. Sierre e in mezzo di vigneti dove si possono fare belle camminate e giri colla bicicletta anche fino Sion, la capitale del Valese, colle suo 2 castelli. Per i ragazzi ci sono i parchi avventura, il www.swissvapeur.ch, un parco con tutti treni dal mondo, o a Evionnaz il più grande Labyrinth d'Europa per esempio....

Per rilassarsi ci sono i bagni termali di Leukerbad, Saillon, Brigerbad o Lavey-les-Bains.
Per un po di cultura il museo Gianadda a Martigny dove spesso trovi Picasso, Monet, Rubens etc.
Zermatt e a un ora di casa, Crans-Montana a 15min. ansi che Lausanne, 1h. Anche Ginevra (2h) e Berna (capitale della Svizzera,2.5h) si fa in giornata.
