Cozy house in Nyborg, Denmark

We live in the old historic town Nyborg, a city on the eastern coast of the island Fyn. This coastline is famous for white sandy beaches and on a varm summerday you can enjoy a nice svim in Storebælt. The town and its surroundings offer a variety of activities, cultural as well as outdoor activities and sports. Fyn is called the fairytale Island due to the many casstles, funny small villages etc. You need to experience it yourself
With in twenty minutes you can reach Odense, the famous Danish fairytaile author H.C. Andersen´s home city in DK. Or cross the big brigde passing over Storebælt and take a 90 minute drive to Copenhagen, the Capitol of Denmark.
Our house is located in the eastern part of Nyborg. The house is built in 1968, but through the year’s different changes has been made. The size of the house is 163 sqm and has all the necessary comfort. 1 bedroom, and 3 rooms for the children, one bathroom and an extra toilet, a long hall which leads in to the living room and the kitchen. From the kitchen you have directly access to the terrace and garden where the sun hopefully shines from morning to evening in the summer time.

About the local area: Shops and bakery are to reach in a distance of ½ km. The inner City of Nyborg has a lot of old beautiful houses from centuries ago, a local museum will tell you the story about Nyborg being the former Capital of Denmark, a well preserved middle age Castle with a surrounding moat and green ramparts , and a beautiful middleage church from the same period. To the beach and the local swimming bath there is only 2 km. To the harbour/ marina: 1 km. There is a long coast line with nice beaches surrounding Nyborg, all of them with sand. If you like to take trips by bike there is a lot of nature to experience; different forrest, the long coastline, small roads that will take you to the countryside with lots of old half-timbered houses etc.
