Flat with beautiful views of the sea and golf course
We are open to an exchange in the summer of 2026, from 25 July to 1 September.
Sunny and very quiet flat with 4 bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms and 4 balconies on three floors. Only 6 minutes walk to the beach. This flat is our holiday residence, therefore we don't need to make the exchange simultaneously. The building was constructed in 2001. There is a nice, quite big swimming pool available just for the people of the residential area and there is an underground parking space included. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine and in the basement there are two bikes. In Costa Ballena you can rent bikes easily and cheaply. The nearest airports are Seville (90 minutes driving) and Jerez de la Frontera (30 minutes driving). From Malaga you need about 3 hours by car.

About the neighborhood
La playa muy larga está muy cerca, a 6 minutos andando. Toda la zona de Costa Ballena está muy tranquila y se puede circular perfectamente en bici, en toda la zona y alrededores hay carriles bicis, p.e. hasta Rota.
Las pequeñas y bonitas ciudades costeras de Sanlucar de Barrameda y El Puerto de Santa Maria están a 15 minutos en coche. Sevilla se puede visitar perfectamente en un día, en coche se tarde menos de 1 hora y media. Más cerca están Cádiz y Jérez de la Frontera.
Am sehr langen Sandstrand ist man zu Fuss in sechs Minuten. Costa Ballena und vor allem unsere Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, überall gibt es Radwege, z.B. bis zum Nachbarort Rota.
Die beiden interessanten Kleinstädte an der Küste, Sanlucar de Barrameda (Nationalpark Doñana) und El Puerto de Santa Maria sind in 15 Autominuten erreichbar. Ein sehr lohnender Tagesausflug nach Sevilla ist machbar, mit dem Auto sind das knapp 90 Minuten. Die Provinzhauptstandt Cádiz und Jerez de la Frontera (Flughafen) liegen in der Nähe, von Rota gibt es ein Schiff nach Cádiz. Wer in die Berge fahren will, kann die weissen Dörfer Andalusiens besuchen (Grazalema, Arcros de la Frontera ...) und die spektakuläre Kleinstadt Ronda.
