The flat consists of a living room , three bedrooms (one doublé and two single), veranda, bathroom (with both bath and shower) and a kitchen.
Our well situated flat is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Old City Centre along the river. It is a twenty minutes walk from the famous Concha Beach. The flat is very comfortable and has good communications. A 10-minutes walk from both the bus station and train station. Nearest airport – Bilbao (one hour by bus). There is an excellent network of cycle paths from the flat to many parts of the city.

The house in the district of Amara Berri, in San Sebastian. It is a 20 minutes walk from La Concha beach, 5 minutes from lovely parks and a riverside path. San Sebastian is famous for its food, with a great culltural life and a very efficient public transport system. Only a few kilometres from our house are beautiful villages to explore for instance, Getaria, Pasaia, Hondarribia and Orio.

Mirena and Alan have helped us organising everything prior to our arrival and communication has been great, both before and during the exchange. Lovely apartment, very well located: everything you may need can be found in the same street and even downtown and the beach are walking distance. We would repeat the exchange without hesitation :) so we can only recommend!
The communication with the family was very fluid and helpful. When we arrived in Lisbon, the flat was immaculate and everything was perfectly explained in the texts and pamphlets we found. Also when we arrived home, our flat was perfectly cleaned and tidied. The flat in Lisbon was exactly as it appeared in their web page.
La comunicacion muy fluida y amable desde el principio. Su casa mucho mejor de lo que pensábamos. El entorno en plena naturaleza nos ha fascinado. El transporte público muy bueno y el pueblo de Stade muy bonito. Una estancia muy agradable.
