Flat in Alicante, Spain

We are looking for a house exchange for the summer of 2015.
Our home is a modern comfortable flat with 3 bedrooms (2 of them are double and one is single), a large lounge-dining-room, a studio, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms and a terrace where you can have your meals looking at the Mediterranean sea. It is 150m, spacious and with a lot of light.
It is ideally situated, as it overlooks the port, the sea, the island of Tabarca and the bay of Alicante. Yet, it is only 10' walking from the centre of the town. The beach is also within walking distance. At 5' is the lovely marina of Alicante. The railway station and bus/coach station are at 10' and 1' respectively.
Alicante has got the advantage of a granted sun, sandy beaches, good shopping areas and several big shopping centres, theme parks, interesting museums and archaeological sites (Iberian and Roman), besides a superb gastronomy and excellent (and cheap) wines.
In Alicante you have a lot of interesting places to visit:
•1)    Lots of sandy beaches, like San Juan, El Campello, Villajoyosa (to the north) or los Arenales del Sol, Santa Pola and Guardamar (to the south).
•2)    Medieval castles (either Christian or Moorish) like Sax, Petrer, Villena and Almansa.
•3)    Lovely sailor villages like Villajoyosa, Altea and Calpe.
•4)    Mountain valleys to the north of the province, with nature parks in Alcoy area (Mariola, la Font Roja).
•5)    Nature parks with a lot of wild birds in marsh habitats like Santa Pola, Elche and Torrevieja).
•6)    The island of Tabarca, where you can go by boat and dive to see its beautiful sea bottom.
•7)    The House-Museum of Modernism in Novelda.
•8)    The city of Elche, with its palm tree forest and its medieval musical festival "El Misteri" (held on 15th August).
•9)    Theme parks like Terra Mitica and Terra Natura (for animals) in Benidorm.
•10)  Murcia, only at one hour's distance, is a pleasant city with a beautiful cathedral and busy commercial streets.
•11)  Valencia, the capital of this autonomous region, with its gothic cathedral and the Lonja, modernist houses, museums, aquarium, theme parks, etc.
