Dear Intervac friends,
Do you want to relax on the coast or do you prefer visiting a city? you can do both!
We are experienced intervac members. We have exchanged our houses several times with lovely families with whom we've got a great relationship. We've been in Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland (three times! we really love this country), England...and we want to continue traveling and meeting new people and countries but we don't mind repeating countries! there's so much to explore in every place!
We can offer you two properties: Our amazing flat with great views just a walking distance from the harbour and beach in the village of Roses (La Costa Brava) or and our house in Girona city, a fantastic city with an old medieval part (famous for being the scene of the newest part of the Tv series "Game of Thrones"), the famous three Michelin stars restaurant "Celler de Can Roca" and just an hour driving from Barcelona city centre. Girona is a great starting point to travel to many different places: Barcelona, Figueres, near the mountains of the Pirineu or the South of France...So, if you are interested in sun, relax, visiting different places... and you are looking for a big house, with garden, beds for 6 people, wifi, a BBQ and a big living room and taking care of our three lovely cats... Girona is your place!
Our flat in Roses is in front of the harbor, just 3' walking distance from the main Roses beach. It is well situated, from where you can go to beautiful beaches around and to coast villages such as Cadaqués, Port lligat (where you can visit Dalí's house), Port de la Selva, Figueres (Dalí museum) and visit the amazing zone of Cap de Creus or the South of France (Perpignan, Carcassone....less than an hour). So, if you are interested in sun, beaches and relax, this is your flat!. If you are interested in both houses we can also exchange both (they are 45' driving distance from one to the other).
