Welcome in Paris, overlooking on the roofs closed to Bastille

Welcome in Paris overlooking on the roofs closed to bastille !
Welcome in our home !

Dear Friends,
We are a couple of architect and Landscape architect, and we have 2 young boys (9 and 11 years old) ;
We live in the eastern Paris « intra muros », closed to Place Nation and Bastille ; Our flat is luminous, very well situated in Paris. You can move everywhere in Paris easily and quickly. Closed to our home, there are lot of lines of collectives transports (bus, metro and RER) ; For example, by metro : we are on 10 minutes from Vincennes Castle, 15 minutes from Le Louvre Museum, 10 minutes from Le Marais District, Place Bastille, Les Halles, Montmartre…By car, it is easy to go to Versailles quickly (20 minutes), or to discover wonderful areas closed to Paris (Giverny, la Roche Guyon, Fontainbleau forest...), or either to go to the sea in 2 hours from Paris ! (la Baie de Somme, Deauville...)
Our district is very "parisian" and warm, there are a lot of facilities (restaurants, cafés, shops…)
The flat is in the sixth floor of a tipical haussmanian building (end of XIXe century, but without lift) ; there are 2 bedrooms : one bedroom with a double bed in mezzanine, a small living room and a desk, the second bedroom with two single beds in two mezzanine and a games area with a small sofa. This small sofa can be used as a bed for a young child. In the flat, there are also a living room room with the kitchen, one bathroom and wc.

We are open for exchanges in Europe, during easter, August and automn hollidays, for a week end or for 8/10 days.

Localisation :
The apartment is closed to Place Nation and Bastille ; In this district, there are a lot of facilities (good french restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarket, library, butcher’s shop, bakeries, bio/organic shops closed the flat…). The flat is about 10 minutes on foot of the nice Aligre marketplace, wich works every days, except Monday. (It is organised aroud a public place, with nice cafés and restaurants). A lot of destinations are easily accessible with collectives transports (bus, metro and RER) from our home. For example, by metro : we are on 10 minutes from Vincennes Castle or from Le Marais District, 15 minutes from Le Louvre Museum, 20 minutes from Montmartre or Saint-Michel Notre Dame ; or either 10 minutes by RER from Les Halles…We can also go on foot in Place Bastille or Aligre market…
So, it is very easy to move everywhere in Paris quickly.

About the apartment :
The apartment is in the sixth and last floor of a tipical haussmanian building (end of XIXe century); It has one level and 3 mezzanines (in the bedrooms). There are 2 bedrooms : One, with a small living room and a desk, and a double bed in the mezzanine. In the second bedroom, there is a free space to play or to read and two small mezzanines with single beds. And there are one main room with the kitchen and the livingroom (+bathroom, toilet, hall). The apartment is equipped in particular with : a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a DVD drive. Sheets and linen are included in the price.
Surface : 60m2 + 16m2 in mezzanine.
There is no elevator (lift) in the building, but steps are very comfortable and easy to rise (to go up). The stairwell is pleasant and was completely renewed last year. The building is quiet and neighbors are vey charming.
