Flat in PARIS, France

=> Looking for a 3 weeks swap from August 12th
Europe, USA...

Bonjour !
We live, Josephine my daughter and I, in a beautiful true modernist ensemble of 3 18-floors towers, Le Corbusier style in the North of Paris. The flat is bright and gets a lot of sunlight. 2 covered balconies will allow you to enjoy a nice rest after a day of sight-seeing.
There is plenty of room for 2 (80m2 = 850 sq ft) or more people: one double bedroom, a nursery room with a sofa that sleeps 2. And there's a lot of space in the living-room for an air bed if you carry one. FYI, people staying in the bedroom, study and lounge can still use the kitchen, bathroom and toilets without bothering others sleeping.
Our kitchen is very pleasant and ideal for those who like to cook ; we've also got many addresses to share if you're into French comestibles, from great local food stores to posh gastronomic restaurants, to hidden deli's...
A large TV, computers, WIFI, many DVDs to choose from, a SONOS music system with over 5000 albums, as well as guitars and plenty of books in English and in French.

The 18th is a cosmopolitan area, essentially mixed up with afro, Indians, Turkish, Balkans and more ! It's peaceful and quiet though. Our favorite neighbors live accross from us (the dad is a night cab driver by the way...) they are from the Senegal ; our towers are a melting pot of army families, treasury civil servants and social Housing. A doctor/GP has his office on the 3rd floor.

There is a stadium across our backstreet (Stade des Poissonniers) with tennis courts, climbing wall, soccer fields, running tracks and flowers and trees. 2 public pools nearby : Dauvin and Les Amiraux, less than 10 minutes’ walk from home.
