House in Hertford, Great Britain

Our house is a one hundred year old semi-detached cottage with a new kitchen diner extension.
It has 4 bedrooms altogether but we use the fourth bedroom which is quite small as a study. Thats where the computer and a desk are. We have broad band wireless internet.
2 of the bedrooms have a mezzanine floor for sleeping which our boys love but a very old or very young person might find climbing up and down the steep staircase a bit challenging.
If necessary we could fit another bed in these rooms at the lower level.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs one a new shower room and one a not so new bathroom. Both have lots of lovely hot water from our new boiler.
Downstairs we are very proud of the new big kitchen diner that has just been completed.  It has a new induction hob, a seperate electic oven, built in microwave and massive American style fridge with ice and water on tap.
There is a small cellar below the kitchen which has our washing machine and drier and a piano.
There are bifold doors at the end of the kitchen that can be completely folded back onto the patio and garden.
At the end of the garden is a summerhouse. We were thinking of using this to store our stuff in but if required it could be opened up and used as another room. We have had people stay here before. It has a bed in it, electricity and heating and is fully insulated.
The front room has an open fire that is gas powered.  This is where the TV is and DVD and X box. We have cable TV.
The middle room has a big understairs cupboard where we hang up our coats.
Our house is on the edge of Hertford town.  We can always park in the road near the house and sometimes right outside the house.
