Flat in Co. Dublin., Ireland

My apartment is at the top of  a house built in 1864 (3 flights of stairs - sorry, no lift).  There are great views looking over Dublin bay, in towards the city and the Dublin hills. See the photos taken from my windows.
There is a living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen with double doors into a dining room. If there are more than 2 people, the doors close to make a second bedroom with a double sofabed or I can also put in a single bed.
In addition to a swap for my main holiday in 2011, I am also interested in possible weekend exchanges. Any European city with a direct flight to Dublin could be of interest.

Our Neighbourhood

The sea is only 7 minutes walk away. There is good public transport - bus stop 2 minutes walk, suburban train station is only 7 minutes walk.
Monkstown village has good restaurants, 3 churches and a pub. Both Blackrock (2 km North) and Dun Laoghaire (3 km South) have good shopping, more restaurants and pubs. Dun Laoghaire has a theater and a cinema. It is a popular sailing centre, with 4 yacht clubs within its harbour. The harbour walls are popular for walking at all times.
Sandycove, with the James Joyce tower is just a little further along the coast.
The DART suburban train goes along the coast and gives access to beaches and towns around the bay from Graystones in the south to Howth and Malahide in the north. In 20 minutes it will bring you into Dublin City centre.

There are interesting walks accessible from the Dart - Howth head, Malahie and Portmarnock beach to the north and Bray head, Killiney beach and Dalkey to the south.
The M50 motorway is 5 minutes drive from my house and it connects with all the routes from Dublin to the rest of Ireland.
