We rent ,for a very cheap price ,a wonderful house on the hills,in front of the Tyrrenian sea and Eolie islands,even for long periods.
Ideal place for artists,painters,writers,and for everybody loves spend time absorbed in the beauty and the calm of nature.
The house is built on the coast,15 km far from the historical town Cefalù,in the center of the Natural Park of Tardara,and is sorrounded b a 5000 mq enclosed garden,growed with flowers,fruit trees(olives,oranges,lemons,old oaks,almonds,figs)and palmas.The house is organized in2 flats:1)UPPER FLAT loft with attic and kitchen,bathroom,terrace looking at the sea(4 beds) 2)DOWNSTAIRS FLAT livingroom,2 bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom(4beds).In case we can even rent separately the 2 flats.
We need somebody who loves this place as we love it and makes it live(but we work too far!!!)thank you for coming ,best regards Emanuela
