Nos simultanious xchange possible in this summer period

House in Amstelveen (next to Amsterdam), Netherlands

Because of a new job in the north of Holland this house will be sold. But untill then it is available for exchange. (End of august) Because I also have a place near my new job in the north of holland it is also possible to have a non simultanious exchange.
There is enough space for 2 extra persons to sleep. I have proper matrasses to put on the floor.

We are open to all offers. For a summerexchange we prefer the vicinity (45 minutes drive) of sea/water.

Our home is in a quiet suburb of Amsterdam. Only 20 minutes by tram or metro to the CITY CENTRE of Amsterdam. Also ideal home to discover the rest of Holland and/or to relax and enjoy yourself. In half an hour at the beach. Two public swimming pools (www.meerkamp.nl indoor and outdoor pool with wave-pool and huge slide). Also a big park (Amsterdamse Bos) nearby were you can go kanoeing and horsebackriding.
The house has all comforts including wifi, digital tv and netflix!
Our cat Lucy needs to be taken care of. She only eats dry food so she can stay on her own for a few days if needed.
