A comfortable and spacious townhouse in the vibrant city of Rotterdam, The Netherlands
I live in a characteristic townhouse from 1920. Original details like stained glass windows combined with a modern interior give the house a special atmosphere. The house is spacious and comfortable and well maintained. There is a nice back garden with a big veranda for afternoon drinks and BBQ.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a direct access to the veranda and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and espresso machine). The first floor has a master bedroom with a balcony, a study and a bathroom with shower and bath. The second floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a smaller third bedroom. Toilets are available on all floors.

- Supermarket (0.3 km)
The house is located in a nice and vibrant neighbourhood. All necessary shops are around the corner. The city centre is nearby and can be reached on foot and as well as by public transport. The train station is also close to the house.
Rotterdam has a lot to offer to its visitors. The city is well known for its modern architecture and its multicultural atmosphere. Main attractions are the city’s spectacular waterfront with river and old harbours and splendid views, the museums and Blijdorp Zoo, the large port area that can be visited and fine shopping and dining.
Within driving distance (or with public transport) are the beaches of Hoek van Holland and The Hague, the nature reserve De Biesbosch and the Dutch polders. Amsterdam can be reached in 45 minutes by train.
