Open for exchange
Exchange dates Duration
January 31, 2023 - January 17, 2025 4 days

We can travel without kids every other week (even weeks normally) and would then like to exchange for 3-7 days to a larger city with central location. With or without car swap.

May 29, 2023 - June 04, 2023 3 days

Barcelona for two adults. My apartment is available the whole week but we will be in Barcelona Thursday 1 June to Sunday 4 June. Looking for something central for 2 adults only.

July 15, 2023 - August 16, 2023 2 weeks

Looking for a 2 week summer swap.

August 01, 2023 - August 20, 2023 2 weeks

Car exchange can be included but we have a 5 seater and would need a larger car fitting 6. Looking to exchange with home close to the beach where you do not necessarily need a car - Spain, France, Italy or Portugal but we are open to suggestions! We could do a non simulations swap during this period as the Stockholm apartment is available from 10 July, but need to exchange house/apartment for the first two weeks of August.

September 01, 2023 - December 31, 2024 3 days

London to do all the Harry Potter stuff with one adult and three kids. Long weekend.

September 18, 2023 - September 24, 2023 1 weeks

Swap for 2 adults only.

February 26, 2024 - March 03, 2024 1 weeks

Some flexibility with days +/- 2 days. Traveling with 2 adults and 4 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids. Could do non-simultaneous possibly (you come to Stockholm in July).

July 29, 2024 - August 18, 2024 2 weeks

Some flexibility in July. Car - 5 seater Volvo - can be included but we would need a 7 seater car as we are 6 traveling.

Light and airy 4 bedroom flat in central Stockholm City, Sweden (Södermalm)

The apartment is 120 m2 and consists of a large combined kitchen and living room (approx. 45 m2 - the daybed sleeps one), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a family room with TV and DVD (this large comfortable sofa could sleep one), one large bedroom (with a king size bed) and three smaller bedrooms (three with a single bed - crib can be arranged) and two small but full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower and washer and dryer). There's a large balcony with wonderful views (especially at sunset and at night). The whole apartment was totally refurbished in 2012 with wooden floors throughout.

The apartment is located in the center of Stockholm city, in the neighbourhood of Södermalm (more precisely Hornstull), recently voted one of the top travel destinations by Financial Times.

Despite being in the middle of the city, two small beaches are within walking distance and there are plenty of parks and playgrounds. We live on a hill called "Skinnarviksberget" which is the highest natural point in Stockholm - if you climb to the top you have the most amazing views of Stockholm city and there is also a lovely park with beautiful views.

Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are plentiful and just around the corner. You can get all your shopping done in the area. The area suits both families and people travling without children. We love our neighbourhood and would never move. We are certain that you would feel the same!

Stockholm has a plentiful of museums (some of which are free!), excellent public transportation (both metro and city busses), you can take daytrips by boat out in the beautiful archipelago, during the summer seasons there are outdoor events, concerts and street markets. We have a wonderful zoo (Skansen) and an amusement park (Gröna Lund) - both in the middle of the city on the island of Djurgården. If you are traveling with kids there are tons of free public playgrounds within walking distance from our apartment as well as skate board rinks.

We have our own parking space next to the apartment.
