House in Glen Allen, VA, USA (near Richmond)
My home is located in an "active adult" gated community, within a twenty minute drive to the center of Richmond, VA. The house is six years old...a two-story duplex with a private entrance, a garage and a secluded patio. There are two Queen beds, three twin beds, plus a daybed in the office. The lovely backyard is bordered by woods. A golf-cart is provided for leisurely rides around the neighborhood.

Lifestyle
My home is in a gated "active adults" community called Crossridge in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia. We boast friendly neighbors who enjoy the peace and security. Our club facilities include tennis courts, indoor pool, outdoor pool, a fitness room, a small library, and many available activities. There are sidewalks for pleasant walks. Most necessities can be found at the shopping center which is located just outside the gates. The true value for visitors is the location of the home and how it allows one to pursue interests whether in the fine arts, or recreation, or history, or sports.
The center of Richmond can be reached in 20 minutes. Here is a link to Trip Advisor which lists things to do:
